Stuffed Bhindi

Stuffed Bhindi

Ingredients:

- 500 gms lady finger (bhindi)
- 2 onions (paste)
- 2 tomatoes (paste)
- 2 green chillies (paste)
- 2 tsp oil
- salt and black pepper powder to taste
- 1 tsp chat masala powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 potatoes chopped & boiled (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash and wipe dry lady fingers. Slit them and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil and fry onions, tomato, chilli paste, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and chat masala for 3 mins. Stir in between. Cool it and fill into the slitted lady fingers.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil and add stuffed lady fingers to it. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Mix the boiled potatoes.
  4. Allow to stand for 5 mins. Server hot with roti/paratha.
