Alu Gobi

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 green chili chopped, 8 garlic pods chopped and fry for few seconds.
  2. Add 1 onion chopped and fry for 3 mins on medium flame.
  3. Add 2 potatoes chopped and fry for 3 mins.
  4. Add 200 gms gobi chopped. Mix and cook for 4 mins.
  5. Add tumeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chili powder 1 tsp, salt. Mix and cook on low flame for 15 mins.
  6. Check potatoes are cooked and garnish with corriander leaves.
