Aloo Beans Ki Sabzi

Ingredient:
- 150 grams beans cut medium pieces
- 3 potatoes cut in big cubes
- 1 onion fine chopped
- 3 green chillies fine chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped medium cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 2 cloves
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- pinch hing
- 2 tbsp fine chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp dighi mirchi powder
- 1/2 tsp daniya powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp corriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add cloves, jeera, garlic, hing. Fry on medium flame.
- Add ginger and onions. Fry for 2 mins.
- Add potatoes and mix. Cover and cook for 3 mins on medium flame.
- Mix and cover and cook for 3 mins again.
- Add salt, haldi powder, dighi mirchi powder, daniya powder, jeera powder, red chilly powder. Mix and add tomatoes. Mix and add 1/2 cup water.
- Add beans mix and cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
- Add little water on sides. Cover and cook 5 mins.
- Add chopped corriander leaves and garam masala. Cook for 30 sec and serve hot with roti.
