Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp black pepper whole
- 1 tsp saunf whole
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
- 3 kashmiri whole chilli
- salt to taste
- 10 gm butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- fresh chop coriander
- 1 onion slice
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- Boil 6 eggs for 12 mins with little salt.
- Roughly cut 3 tomatoes add 5 green chillies and grind to paste.
- Roast 1 tbsp black pepper whole, 1 tsp saunf whole, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3 kashmiri chillies break into 2 pieces. On medium flame roast for 3 mins.
- Grind the roasted spices in dry powder.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 finely chopped onions. Fry for 3 mins. Make flame low and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Add 1 tbsp dark soya sauce.
- Add tomotoes paste and mix. Add 1/2 tbsp salt.
- Add 1/2 coriander powder and 2 tbsp peppre masala, 1/4 tsp tumeric powder and 1/2 kashmiri mirch pwder.
- Cover and cook for 3 mins. Add 1/2 cup water.
- Cut boiled egg in half. Add 1 cube butter in pan. and add sliced onion. Add the eggs and pepper masals 1 tsp.
- Add eggs in gravy and lightly mix. Add chopped corriander leaves.
