Moong dal uthapam

  1. 1 cup moong dal wash it and soak for 4 hours.
  2. Grind dal with 1 bunch corriander leaves, 8 garlic pods, 4 green chilli, 2 inch ginger, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp salt. Dont add water.
  3. Open grinder and add 1/4 cup water and grind again into paste. Take out in mixing bowl. Add water to paste to reduce thickness.
  4. In pan heat 1 tsp oil. Pour one ladle on pan and spread. Add litte chopped onion, tomato and corriander leaves. After 3 mins turn over and cook for another 3 mins.
