chutney

Coconut chutney

  1. 1 cup grated coconut, 2 tsp chana dal, 2 green chilly, 1 cup chopped corriander leaves Grind in mixer.
  2. 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 12 curry leaves fry in small pan. Add to chutney with 2 tsp salt.

Mint chutney

  1. 2 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies chopped, 1/4 inch ginger piece, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt. Grind in small mixer jar.
  2. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves, 1 cup finely chopped corriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, , 1tsp water Grind to paste.
